Monthly Goals

Here's my plan for my 2011 Happiness project.  Smaller goals to come soon.

  • January:  Fitness
    • Go to the gym at least 30 minutes 3 times a week
    • Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
    • Go to the chiropractor regularly
  • February:  Finances
    • Determine a system that works for bill paying
    • Determine a system that works for paper filing
    • Establish a budget, track and stick to it
    • Organize the office; eliminate the clutter
  • March:  Fun
    • Go out for karaoke
    • Find a babysitter
    • Establish monthly date night
    • Throw an ice cream social
  • April:  Reframe Your Attitude
    • Keep a gratitude journal
    • Practice Positive Self Talk
    • Find an activity that makes me happy, and do it!
  •  May:  Connections
    • Write a letter a week
    • Make plans with good friends
    • Call a friend a week
  • June:  Be Mindful
  • July:  Remember Love
  • August:  Appearance
    • Start thinking about a new work wardrobe
    • New Makeup
    • Gorgeous new haircut
