I look really tired in this head shot. I'm really tired, and I'm wearing way too old contacts, which has had me exhausted this week. Can't wait for the new ones to arrive on Monday so I can keep going past, oh, 8:30 at night...

Horrible work bathroom lighting. I was so excited when I put these two tops together but then not too enthused when I put them on today. I'm just "in a mood." Sigh.

Some days, a costume change feels right. I loved how the second sweater looked on the hanger, but it felt awkward and too short. So I changed, and the pink really rocks with the new necklace and bracelet.

I think now you've seen everything from my recent huge order from the DYT store, with the exception of two scarves I haven't yet figured out how to wear. Today's necklace is the Type 3 On Target Necklace. Also wearing a Lularoe Irma over a Julia and some Pandora earrings my husband gave me a few years ago.

HOT. DAMN.

I recently purchased a box of T3 second hand tops, and figured I'd donate this one. Surprisingly, my husband said this green top is right up my alley.

I didn't realize how amazing I look until I took this picture. I even received a compliment of "you look like one of those celebrity people" from a coworker who doesn't normally say such things.

Whoa.

So DYT ran a special where each of the four "experts" dressed in the outfits of each type. All wore the same outfit and it was so clear how this type stuff does matter.

Here, I tried to adopt some of their postures. None of this felt natural, and I almost fell over with my foot behind my other foot. Some yoga teacher!

Many costume changes today, nothing really feels right. It's getting chillier, so I need to bundle up, and I'm at the running out of clothing choices place but I don't want to go shopping. I bought these pants at the outlets and love them, but they require a higher shoe and I'm not in a wear heels all day kind of place right now.

I'm battling a cold and totally losing. Wake me up when September ends.

I somehow forgot to get my back to school haircut this year, so this overgrown mop hasn't been cut since mid June. When I called to schedule a few weeks ago, today was the only day I could get. So the mop will be contained later today.

 


But the real fun I want to tell you about is this jacket. I wore it quite a bit last year, when I decided on type 3, because I thought it worked. Then I received some comments that it, well, didn't. So I tried to dye it. It didn't come out as I hoped, but I'm confident it's much better than it was!
