I spent a lot at Thredup and got a bunch of clothes. I'm pretty sure this top is from a previous box, but this go I got this jacket (swooon) and these pants.
I saw these pants, and realized they were type 3 and the pattern that I had been craving. If you've watched my clothes over the past however long, you've no doubt noticed my tendency away from pattern. I honestly don't know if this is my own self or if it's part of my fears of looking goofy or silly or like grandma's sheets. But I went with them, and when they arrived, it was like they were fit for me particularly, which gave me the confidence to wear them.
I didn't get any comments either way on the pants in real life, but I've never received as many online comments about an outfit as I did on this one. I'm taking that as a clue to not only keep them but to find other items that challenge my comfort zone.
