As far as January's goals went, I definitely had a hard time keeping to them. I did ok on my water drinking, but didn't go to the chiropractor even once. My gym attendance has been spotty, and certainly not 3x/week... maybe once a week.
I can easily explain why--it's tough to get out of the house when baby naps from 9-11 and 1-3 in general, especially when the gym class I like is at 9am, but also when he's going through some separation anxiety issues.
So, all I can do is keep on plugging, keep on trying, along with adding in February's goals.
Speaking of which, I just looked at February's goals and....UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGH. I don't wanna!!!!!
