Here's my plan for my 2011 Happiness project. Smaller goals to come soon.
- January: Fitness
- Go to the gym at least 30 minutes 3 times a week
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
- Go to the chiropractor regularly
- February: Finances
- Determine a system that works for bill paying
- Determine a system that works for paper filing
- Establish a budget, track and stick to it
- Organize the office; eliminate the clutter
- March: Fun
- Go out for karaoke
- Find a babysitter
- Establish monthly date night
- Throw an ice cream social
- April: Reframe Your Attitude
- Keep a gratitude journal
- Practice Positive Self Talk
- Find an activity that makes me happy, and do it!
- May: Connections
- Write a letter a week
- Make plans with good friends
- Call a friend a week
- June: Be Mindful
- July: Remember Love
- August: Appearance
- Start thinking about a new work wardrobe
- New Makeup
- Gorgeous new haircut
